Primary Responsibility: Accounts Payable:
Secondary Responsibility: - Able to multi task -
Assist in Accounts Receivable
Respond to Vendor inquiries
Office Libre, google sheets or its equivalent using documents and spreadsheets.
General bookkeeping of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Experience in these areas important
Good communications skills - verbally and written
Able to maintain confidentiality
Good interpersonal skills, Walter Knoll Florist is a retail florist and all employees must represent us professionally at all times.
The office works as a support team to our retail stores and staff.

Floral or Retail Experience is a bonus
