Wednesday, August 1st. All of the Walter Knoll Florist employees that assist with weddings took part in a very special educational seminar put on by Frank Viviano from Viviano Flower Shops in St Clare Shores. Viviano Flower Shop is well known in the industry as being a premier event florist. Walter Knoll Florist opened attendance to other florists who traveled to attend from as far away as Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is the most recent in a series of seminars with the goal of constant improvement in our customer experience. Next week Chuck Knoll will be traveling to Viviano’s and be putting on his seminar “Floral Industry Customer Service”.
